When I first saw Rumi Neely of Fashiontoast with this bag, I instantly fell in love. What I was not in love with was the $1,950 price, so I would stare from afar and keep my credit card out of sight when on Barneys or Net-a-Porter. But at work yesterday I saw the Vince Camuto bag above and bought it straight away. It wasn't until I took it home I realized what it even looked like, and the $198 price tag was a lot more appealing.

This past Friday was my 21st birthday! Most people would spend their day partying and drinking all day, but I spent the day helping my boyfriend moving into his parents new house. Had a wonderful lunch with him, and his mom with a mimosa, then in the evening had dinner with close friends at North. This weekend was perfect to say the least! Hopefully yours was too

I've been a little MIA the past couple weeks, so I apologize! Works been really exhausting. So wanting to get dressed into nice clothes, hasn't been my #1 priority. But I will be back to posts more often now! October and fall time have always been my favorite because of my birthday, halloween, the weather change, plus better outfits! I decided to break out my dark lipstick for the occasion.

The post name maybe deceiving, but thats how it was when I started my blog this summer. I didn't feel passionate about it. Even though I didn't do it for a long time I missed it a lot. So I figured fall time is a perfect time to start blogging again. I got a camera as my (early) birthday present from my parents, so I tested it out on my new clothing rack & new staples for my fall/winter wardrobe.

I'm excited to blog again so, bare with me as I get used to my camera, and stay tuned for new outfit posts!

I'm currently enjoying a nice day off from work! Even if I will just lay around all day, I'm slowing learning to appreciate the little things in life & not worry about what tomorrow brings. So my shirt is totally appropriate for me. Focus on the 'Here and Now' rather then tomorrow.

After thinking I wasn't cool enough or fashionable enough I gave into having my own fashion blog. Several friends encouraged me to do so, and here I am writing my first post. I'm sitting here on my laptop typing this trying to figure out what to say, although no one maybe reading this. But this is for me to branch out and try something new. So I guess I should introduce myself...

My name is Amelia, I currently reside in Arizona. I have had a passion for all things fashion(so cliché) since the 6th grade when I got my very first Teen Vogue. My dream has always been to be in the fashion industry, at one time to be a designer, the next the be a stylist, but now the goal is to find my way into becoming a merchandise buyer. I may not be the next Sincerely, Jules ,Fashion Toast, or Man Repeller but I hope to maybe inspire one of you out there reading my blog to try something new, even if it is just wearing a new bold lipstick.
